Services may include:

  • Amazon Seller Central account management;
  • catalogue and listing management;
  • listing creation and optimisation;
  • Amazon advertising and PPC management;
  • FBA and inventory support;
  • marketplace reporting and analytics;
  • marketplace troubleshooting;
  • launch support;
  • marketplace strategy;
  • ongoing marketplace management and growth support;

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the AMS Lane website.

Where a client formally engages AMS Lane, additional terms may be contained in a proposal, service agreement, statement of work or other written agreement.

2. Website Information

Information provided on the AMS Lane website is intended to provide general information about our business and services.

While we aim to provide accurate and current information, Amazon and other marketplace platforms regularly change their systems, policies, programs, fees, advertising products, algorithms and requirements.

Website content should therefore not be interpreted as a guarantee regarding marketplace requirements, eligibility, performance or results.

3. Professional Services

The specific services provided to a client will be determined by the agreed scope of work.

Where applicable, a separate proposal, service agreement or other written arrangement may specify:

  • scope of services;
  • fees;
  • payment terms;
  • commencement dates;
  • responsibilities;
  • marketplace access;
  • termination arrangements;
  • other conditions relevant to the engagement;

If a separate written client agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the applicable client agreement will govern the professional services to the extent of that inconsistency.

4. No Guarantee of Marketplace Results

Marketplace performance depends on numerous factors, many of which are outside AMS Lane’s control.

These may include product demand, competition, pricing, inventory availability, customer behaviour, advertising conditions, marketplace algorithms, marketplace policies and decisions made by Amazon or other third parties.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, AMS Lane does not guarantee any particular:

  • sales level;
  • revenue;
  • profit;
  • ranking;
  • advertising performance;
  • return on advertising spend;
  • marketplace placement;
  • Buy Box outcome;
  • product launch result;
  • other commercial outcome;

5. Client Marketplace Accounts

Clients remain responsible for ownership and control of their marketplace accounts.

Where AMS Lane requires access to an Amazon Seller Central account or another marketplace platform, the client is responsible for granting appropriate authorised access.

Where available, clients should use the marketplace’s authorised-user, partner, developer or service-provider access system rather than sharing their primary account password.

AMS Lane will use authorised account access for the purpose of providing agreed services.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably required for AMS Lane to perform agreed services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients remain responsible for their products, product safety, product claims, intellectual property rights, regulatory compliance, taxation obligations and compliance with laws applicable to their business and products.

Clients also remain responsible for complying with Amazon’s and other relevant marketplace policies.

7. Amazon and Other Third-Party Marketplaces

Amazon and other marketplaces are independent third-party platforms.

AMS Lane does not own or control Amazon’s systems, policies, fees, algorithms, advertising systems, fulfilment networks or account decisions.

Marketplace operators may modify, restrict, suspend or discontinue accounts, listings, features, programs or services in accordance with their own policies.

AMS Lane cannot guarantee that Amazon or another marketplace will approve or accept any particular:

  • seller account;
  • listing;
  • variation;
  • product;
  • advertising campaign;
  • reimbursement request;
  • appeal;
  • application;
  • marketplace expansion;
  • other submission or request;

9. International Services

AMS Lane may provide services to clients located in different countries and operating across different Amazon marketplaces.

The availability and suitability of services may vary depending on the marketplace, jurisdiction, product category and applicable Amazon requirements.

Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice concerning legal, tax, customs, product-compliance, import/export and regulatory obligations applicable to their products and jurisdictions.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, AMS Lane’s marketplace-management services do not constitute legal, taxation or regulatory advice.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The AMS Lane website may contain links to or integrations with third-party platforms or services.

AMS Lane does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, security, content, policies or privacy practices.

Use of third-party platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, statutory right or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Specific liability arrangements relating to professional services may be addressed separately in the applicable client agreement.

14. Privacy

AMS Lane’s handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy should be read alongside these Terms where relevant.
